Soft tissue injuries that require support are helped by the wide branch while bone lesions can be helped with the narrow branch by reducing pressure. This asymmetric shoe with a wide branch to support under collateral ligament injuries and a narrow branch to reduce pressure under subchondral bone lesions (i.e. bone spavin).
Indications: Collateral desmopathies: put the wide branch under the lesion; Subchondral bone injures: put the narrow branch on the side of the lesion.
